Abstract & Paper Submissions
User Responsibility: By submitting abstracts, papers, presentations, or posters (“Submissions”) to the Website, you represent and warrant that you own or control all rights to the Submission and that it does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.
License Granted: By making a Submission, you grant ICCWE a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to review, host, store, and display your abstract/submission for the purposes of peer review, program scheduling, and inclusion in the official digital or print colloquium proceedings.
2. Registrations, Payments, and Cancellations
All registrations for the colloquium, including early bird rates, student registrations, or virtual access, are processed through secure gateways linked to this Website.
